Being a battle axe block we need to extend services down the side of the driveway. All plumbing we are doing through sekisui however have organised our own electrician to do 3 phase power and nbn conduit. The understanding between sekisui and I was that the electrical will be done once they dig the trench for plumbing, however plumbing only requires 450 trench electrical needs 600. The availability for trades is not lining up. So now I am facing the dilemma of having to organise the excavation of the trench so more stress and more money. Unless contractors come through and organise the trench and everything falls into place. So I have my fingers and everything else crossed that it all falls into place.
