I have purchased from these people before and found them to be very helpful. http://www.appliancesonline.com.au/c-19 ... ovens.aspx If you choke a smurf... what colour do they turn? Re: Gas Wall Ovens 3Jan 19, 2009 8:02 pm Excellent site, thanks MM.
Great to look at for other appliances, & get dimensions, etc. Re: Gas Wall Ovens 6Jan 20, 2009 6:10 am It would seem the only brand around is Westinghouse? Anyone know of any others? Re: Gas Wall Ovens 7Jan 20, 2009 9:27 am Ilve also has built in gas ovens in 60cm and 80cm. And if you want an even bigger one, Viking has one in 90cm. Re: Gas Wall Ovens 8Jan 20, 2009 4:39 pm Thanks for that. Have also found a deLonghi as well, but it's only 66 litres.
Is that too small? Re: Gas Wall Ovens 9Jan 21, 2009 8:15 am great link miss muffit, you really have made my day, thanks alot, i really appreciate it.

Went to Clive Peeters. Rather disappointed with the advice (or lack of). May have to rethink & look at underbench options. Re: Gas Wall Ovens 11Jan 21, 2009 5:32 pm Umm.. am I missing something? Why can't an underbench be on the wall?
When you say there are no gas wall ovens... I don't get it. Any underbanch oven can be put on the wall surely... ![]() Obviously not freestanding ones... but any others can be. ![]() I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Terrence Malick Re: Gas Wall Ovens 12Jan 21, 2009 6:18 pm It seems not many are adaptable ... not sure as to exactly why. The ilve is one that can be, as is the new DeLonghi. Re: Gas Wall Ovens 13Jan 21, 2009 6:27 pm Why? What's to adapt? It's just set higher in the cabinetry..... ![]() ![]() I can think of plenty of display homes where they use underbench ovens on the wall to show a variation on the kitchen layout. Off the top of my head: PD.... they use blanco M3tricon.... they use Technika Simonds.... Technika Carlisle..... not sure of their brand. I have seen all of those builders have their oven both underbench and in the wall. ![]() My appliances will be Kleenmaid and my oven, as with all Kleenmaid could be underbench or wall mounted. ![]() Here's an example from a PD home. The ovens are blanco. Usually they are underbench, but in this home they are one on top of the other in the wall. Or am I misunderstanding what you mean? Terrence Malick Re: Gas Wall Ovens 14Jan 21, 2009 6:46 pm I'm not an oven expert (in fact, if I had my way, there would be NO OVEN!!!lol), d'k if there is a difference with wall mount a gas vs. electric, but will certainly look into it, thanks joles Thank you again Simeon.. I will call my certifier for that. Have a good day 4 7099 I want to build a decking to the drawn shape outlined in black. The problem is how close can I build to the gas hot water unit? Will I be able to build around it and be… 0 20733 you need a fridgie to answer but I would think you vac the whole system then add gas if you have a leak, unless it is new install with the gas already loaded, in that case… 1 4133 |
