Did they agree to fix? I have similar issue with one of my niche and tiles
Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Our Build with ClearView Homes -Plumpton VIC- CABINETS! 106Apr 13, 2016 12:17 pm It's not too bad. But not what we wanted. I haven't seen it in person myself but I've seen photos of other kitchens with the architrave around the window splashback and it looks fine. But ours look thicker/wider than photos I've seen. If we leave it, the glass splashback on either side will be removed to leave it as a plastered wall. So we either get a credit for it (we upgraded the glass colour) or use that credit to upgrade the glass splashback in our laundry which is a standard colour. Re: Our Build with ClearView Homes -Plumpton VIC- CABINETS! 108Apr 13, 2016 8:47 pm Hey Annielee, Congrats on settling on your land! Shame though with the price rise. Double for the gold package seems high. You can still get your house priced and negotiate on the rest of the items to get it down? Prices would've gone up across other builders too. Are you sticking with the samw house design? Our First Build viewtopic.php?t=79716 Re: Our Build with ClearView Homes -Plumpton VIC- CABINETS! 109Apr 13, 2016 8:51 pm it's will be a totally new design on a smaller corner block, which im alright as i dont need a big house..its only for me and occasionally family and friends that comes to visit..i just got the final design from them... but i dont like some part of it.. will post it up and get your advise later.. Re: Our Build with ClearView Homes -Plumpton VIC- CABINETS! 112Apr 13, 2016 9:09 pm Looking forward to seeing it then! At lease your land is settled now so you can start soon! The rendering has been done. Colours look a bit darker in photos as the sun was going down. Roller doors are also in. Tiling has also started. Again, the floor tiles look darker in photos.
