Thanks mate, QNAP NAS? I think all my research on cameras has led me to the Hikvision DS-2CD3132F-IS ... Issue is finding a legit seller that's correct, QNAP was my first NAS and still sticking with this brand. they are very reliable and they release updates/patches quite often too. i sourced all my HikVision cameras from AliExpress from a seller named "E&M Security". he has good repute there, and he is very quick to reply all inquiries. if you buy 4 or more items he will throw free express post (4 days delivery time). i have DS-2CD2132F-IS model. They called me back around 2:00 pm to organize a fix for this. Their contractor called me and arranged a time. By 5:00 pm he came and fixed it by filling silicon where required. I'm impressed, good job Henley. Re: Sahara Q1 - Post handover journey 3533Oct 26, 2015 9:24 am I'm in market for some mowing stuff. Only good side is that safety switch is doing its job properly. raising this with Henley's home assurance team to look into this issue. Re: Sahara Q1 - Post handover journey 3535Oct 26, 2015 12:35 pm Hi Mirz, that's good and bad news..Get Henley to check out the safety switch as well might need replacing as it happens to our current house when we bought the new brand new..kept on tripping and had no power... Re: Sahara Q1 - Backyardian 3536Oct 26, 2015 1:28 pm thanks TiVeena, just sent a request to Home Assurance team to look into this issue for us. we just don't like any mysterious issues around house particularly when it comes to electricity. it is just strange why and where this water is seeping through to create issues. Re: Sahara Q1 - Backyardian 3537Oct 27, 2015 8:47 pm Re: Sahara Q1 - Backyardian 3540Oct 27, 2015 9:19 pm Hi Mirz, did they find any faults? I'm not sure as they didn't contact me after their field mission. They also isolated one of our belkin surge protecter power board. It might be fault but can't be a reason behind issue related to rainy day. I reckon we need to wait for few more heavy rains. A thunderstorm is expected over coming weekend. So will find out what have done has fixed this issue or not. Fast beep or slow beep?
