Would this be a big problem or nothing to worry about with metal roof? There is nothing to worry about this much steam going up there. Also you will have whirlybird there to exact air all the time. Personally, I won't worry about this. btw how are you progressing with builder and house selection? I asked my independent inspector about this too because I realised too late our rangehood was also venting in there. He said it's fine because of the whirlybirds and also some of our soffits under the eaves have vents too. So our roof space is well ventilated, and it's not a problem. I think Henley adds Whirly birds to suit the size of your house/ roof !
