The subdivision is crazy. Across the road and 3 blocks down it tested as a 'P'. Two blocks down from that is an 'S' block and about 10 blocks from us its an 'H1'. Where is the subdivision? Its on the Sunshine Coast. The subdivision has been a 5 year project and was a former farm. We have bought in the absolute last of the division at the peak of a 'mountain'. Google pictures (way out of date) show a heavily treed area and I'm assuming the blocks that are coming back with not so great soil results are where they possibly dumped the trees after they were felled.
