I was really hoping for a blue bathroom, my dreams don't seem to make it into any Clarendon 'builder's ranges' /quote] There are other colours... I'm not sure if I remember seeing any blue though... And just FYI the mosaics are NOT included... They cost extra. They do have heaps of other tiles. We went with rectangular ones cos I like them better than the square ones. Didn't cost that much more. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 9030Jul 02, 2015 3:45 pm Yeh.. the glass or mosaic stuff in general, is not included. This was the only bit of disappointment we had from the tiles appointment. We wanted the tile splashback included in the display home and our sapphire inclusion does allow us a tiled splashback.. but just not the "mosaic" (I say mosaic because they call it that but it's really just the one tile colour throughout) for the included price. It would have been quite a lot extra to do it.. so we chose another option that was also an upgrade but only cost us $60 on top of the included amount. I'm sure it will still be wonderful looking.. just a bit disappointing. The display one looks like this: As you can see, it's just a small tile... but yeh.. it was silly that it wasn't included for what it is... They do include a lot of the feature strips.. but I seem to recall that all but a couple of the glass ones were upgrades. Having said that though, the upgrades are reasonably priced. It's not like you have to pay the full retail of the new tile, they just make you pay the difference.. so if the normal range is $25/sqm and the upgrade one is $37/sqm, you pay the difference. So it's not that much more, in most cases, to upgrade... Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 9032Jul 02, 2015 5:07 pm I just hope what we've chosen goes together now. So tempted to change everything! Far too many options... Has anyone requested any changes during construction and not been charged the $1,000 admin fee? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 9034Jul 02, 2015 5:11 pm Only change we got to make without the fee was upgrading to triple coat. The other changes we made without the charge was an external cladding colour but they allowed that on the back of our bricks being discontinued. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 9036Jul 02, 2015 6:23 pm We were forced to change our flooring selection today due to issues with supplier.
