The rubbish People that we elect into government come up with mediocre decisions - If this thing goes ahead - My lawyer at Slater and Burn will be sending out documents for who ever wants to sign up for a Class Action and sue Investa. i Bought a 310sqm at above Premium price for $410,000. A high Price to pay to live next door to a f@#$ Tip. Not once was i told during my setllement (pre/post) that this debarcle was happening just 100m from my land..... and if no-one feels the same way i guess ill taking these dogs to the cleaner myself.... Hi Lumocolor I feel the same as we bought a 375sqm land price for $465,000 and now our building will be starting on september. when we bought the land, investa said there will be marine.... so we got excited but now I am so worried about the bank valuation during the building time.
