We're hoping to do something similar with ours, but were thinking of stones/gravel and potted plants. Something that won't die and will require next to no maintenance because we are NOT gardeners! As far as we've seen there isn't anyone on our street that are building with Coral so it would be nice to compare apples with apples so to speak Builder: Coral Homes Home Design: Avoca 26 Location: Brisbane Northern Suburbs Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Selections 71Apr 22, 2015 10:24 am s_mack Great colours manderinne! We haven't started building yet so can't really judge the quality of workmanship. The admin process has been... challenging. I was totally expecting it to be undervalued so this is a huge relief. I like to think of myself as a patient man but there were time that I had almost pulled the plug on the whole thing and going back to our original build option with plantation. But in the end everything SLOWLY worked out and we have just paid the invoice on our fixtures stage.. What really ground my gears was the whole time we were promised a access key to the job site during the build and they said they offer this for all their clients as a standard but when it came down to it on the day of job start they had me meet the SS onsite and sign up some paperwork and dropped it on us they they are no longer offering the construction keys not sure if this was just a dirty trick they use to get us to lock in with job start. From what others have said, it seems like Coral put a stop to construction keys at the end of last year. Kinda sucks but I think it was an OHS concern. Have you got a build thread?
