Driveway was poured today!!
Still needs for work removed, to be cut, acid washed, and sealed but I LOVE it!!!! All up there is about 42m2 of exposed aggregate

washed same day. Basically they spray the concrete with a chemical which stops the top 2-3mm from hardening, they then wash it off. So they poured this morning and washed off starting 4pm. This lightly exposes the pebbles. Then they do the full acid wash either tomorrow or Saturday and that is the final expose.
They did a top job

That looks good as! It really does make a difference with the exposed aggregate.
What's planned for the remaining landscaping?

There is a grass patch already there and we are doing river rocks and plants in garden beds. My 4 year old really wants some sort of water feature too lol.
The rest will take a bit longer as I'm doing all the yards myself.

They haven't moved in yet, it's the builders doing this from Davrose homes. Their trades are so friendly

Ha ha.. That's true !
But I'm sure it's as exciting until all ends.. But very happy to see your selections coming out so well.. We have a very similar floor plan to yours.. Monaco Lux Q1...
Although our home building skills might be much less

ha ha..

Concrete has been acid washed. If today's weather hold out and the sun keeps shining then it should be dry enough to be sealed today! Once that is done I'll post more pics

Update:
Our kitchen cupboards being replaced again!!! I wish the cabinet maker would do the job properly! He actually told my wife that the glue marks around the edges Of the doors are visible because they rushed he job!

Oh also our tv area carpet has gone mouldy and is needing to be replaced. They are thinking carpet layer spilt something on underlay and its soaked through me moulded up in only one spot. As a result the house gets isolated from that room and they rip it out and clean room then replace. Mould is pretty serious and its treated a lot like asbestos hence the room sealing with plastic etc.

Once again SS has been great with regards to getting this looked at as a high priority especially given its in our kids play area
