A little update from our csc today, we now have full plumbing approval

. Contract audit and ordering to come and then the all important site start date

Congratulations Tribe

must feel good to know it is progressing.

We have had a lot of rain in Sydney over the past week... hopefully it gets better

Hope the weather has been good in GC!

Oh gosh we had bucket loads of rain for a week and a half, it's looking a bit better now. Hope it clears down your way for your demo day

. The 17th was tomcats date I haven't been given one yet. We are just waiting for the audit and ordering process to be completed and then hopefully a site start in the next 10 days.

We had a little update from our csc today that we can expect a site start date between the 22nd - 29th of April. Crossing fingers and toes that it all works out for somewhere between those dates.

I really hope we are ready to go soon! Still waiting on final plans, and demo is happening this coming week. I think it is at least another two weeks for us before our admin is complete

hopefully no longer!

Thanks monalisa, best of luck with your demo, I did read on your thread that you have never lived in the house that might take the emotion out of demoing the house. Ohh exciting for you too, our final draft plans where completed today it only took one day. You are very much on the admin home straight.

Thanks Tribe! I really hope it is over soon - it is only that now colours is over that I have my weekends back. It was incredibly tiring - all the planning weekend after weekend!

I wonder if I need to just review the upgrades, as I am guessing they make those amendments to final plans only? as structural have already been locked in?

Or do I review everything from scratch? May be this - just to be on the safe side.

I really hope you can do a happy dance soon, (just don't do it while your kids are around they look at you bewildered) have you started on the phone calls yet? I'm sure they will get cracking once you start riding their butts.
