Mmmm never thought of that. Thinking they all need to go to council. I must say though i leave all the communication up to my hubby because he and i both know how impatient i am and how often i would be bugging them. But he is the opposite and doesnt ask questions and just happy to cruise along at their speed. Grrr. I will give them till after easter then i will ring. Its funny though they will telling us it would be in council before Christmas, then at the start of the year then by February and look at us we are still here and waiting. Very frustrating.

Traceywayne might know I think she might be the same council area as you in regards to the private certifier. Hubby and I are the opposite he is so busy with work I do the chasing and bugging (in the politest possible manner

) Might be time to get on to them livpal they won't know what's had them when you start calling. Looking forward to Tuesday so I can find out some more info

I don't know Greg, Don is supposed to be awesome. Ohh exciting the 21st isn't to far away. Everything should roll on quite quickly from there. How lucky you got to go and see the house under construction, super jealous we have no idea what ours will look like as there hasn't been one built in SEQ. Must of given you a really good gage on size and feel.

Had the conveyancing (spelling) solicitor call me today to check on progress. Have to get another small extension on land but should be all good. They told me 10th for plans and tender so crossing my fingers haha.

Hey JLC,

Yay new thread, Land settlement went off without a hitch on Wednesday thank goodness I was so nervous something was going to go wrong. (The joy of self acting) We are getting super close to our site start now its getting a little exciting. Love the pendant too, I got it from the place you said was good

. In the process of selecting our entry foyer pendant now, just finished sorting out the layouts for both WIR fit outs too. Exciting times for you, your so close to completion.

Its all about the timing hey, least your solicitor is acting on your best interests and making sure you dont run out of time. Roll on Friday for plans and tender, hope its a quick process and you can get to site quickly from the tender.

A little update from our csc today, we now have full plumbing approval

. Contract audit and ordering to come and then the all important site start date
