bed 2 is our guest room with the main bathroom as semi-ensuite. Bed 3 and 4 are our computer room and my office / craft room

What a beautiful outlook. Just gorgeous. Everything looking good. Your so close to slab how exciting.

Can I second this? Fabulous! Lovely to know as well it won't ever be built on. I like how they thought there weren't enough trees so have planted a few more for good measure.

We were in the same boat about not liking the master at the front but on your block it's perfect!

And as for kids or fur-babies then we're on your side all the way

Might have to make one bedroom a foster room for fur-babies in need (as well as having our own, of course

).

I think it was part of the council requirements for them to develop the land that they had to have heaps of trees, haha. The whole development has a lot of trees and green space. They've actually been planting even MORE trees in the bush itself apparently, to help it regenerate. It was one of the things I liked about it, it felt very leafy and suburban. Every time I've gone out there I've seen people walking dogs etc, it feels like a really nice little development.

I love your view too. We had a similar view at our old rental except there was houses behind the trees but you couldn't see them so it felt like we had no neighbours over there. And we used to get koalas and all sorts as well it as wonderful

Boo, slab pour officially postponed due to rain

As long as we can get some clear days they're hoping to get drains done this week and slab done next week. Go away rain!

We were supposed to meet our SS on site today to discuss a few things but he's sick unfortunately. But he did confirm that our slab is now scheduled for Wednesday next week

no slab before Easter

Oh what a shame, look at the positive least you didn't get a slab bill for Easter. It will be all go at your place after Easter that's for sure.

Thanks Abztronic and Tribe. Yeah a bit disappointing no slab but at the same time it gave me time to organise an independent inspector, so it may turn out to be a blessing in disguise!
