I have to say that tiling is sublime, in such large doses it looks amazing! And yeah, you win - you have more storage than most of us could ever dream of! Awesome. Hat off to you both for looking into homeschooling too. The school system is a popular choice, but it doesn't suit every child, some kids excel on their own and with less distractions. It also opens up the chance to learn about things that interest him so much more than a teacher that has to cater to the masses.
