has anyone used wingspan extras for your gate/ fence ? was the price good etc ?

We just used the company that did the fence. They were ok. Think we paid $600

We used them. Pretty happy with end product. 1.5m panel for dead side of house, large gate 1400mm and small panel in other side. Flash lock with key. Was $900 and cheaper than the other quote.

Hello all! Just checking in to see if there are any other stage 4ers still hanging in there? We got a letter saying titles will be released in 7-10 days (which was today). Hopefully not much longer on the waiting game!
Congrats to everyone else who has managed to get themselves established in the estate, it is looking so lovely, we cannot wait to join you

Hey guys everything is completely turning to mud at Whiteman Edge. department of corrective services have 4 houses in our estate... For criminals being released from jail. Stolen Cars on lord street are from them and they're always knocking on residents doors asking for money. They stole my neighbours solar garden light and have walked into peoples houses.

We are also from Stage 4 and got the same letter. Unfortunately, we have been advised by Terranovis that the titles will be delayed by a few more weeks because of issues with the City of Swan relating to the Park. I guess we should have expected this...

We had settlement on 23 Sept. Its been a long wait. Just waiting now for the certificate of title so building can commence. We are building with Redink. Have you started your build?

We are building with impressions. We have been resolving changes in our final mark up plans, so hopefully full steam ahead within the next three weeks. Which lot number are you at? Looking forward to watching other stage 4 houses finally go up!

For any stage 3c people looks like our titles are going to be put way back I rang 2 weeks ago to find out something and was told by the lady there
that land wont be ready untill middle of next year we should get letter soon she said she is waiting on the project manager to give it to her but we were meant to get it weeks ago don't know what's happening so much for feburary GGRRRRRR

Spoke to Andrew at Terranovis on Thursday. Submission to Landgate for titles on Monday, and expecting them to issue 7-10 days later. Here's hoping we all get a Christmas pressie! :-)

Well, it took a bit longer than that. But I and at least one other 3Aer have settled. Hopefully there'll be some new additions to the Avonlee family soon, once we all get our building permits! :-)

The entrance area is done now, so a small park there. Has been slow going though
