Pretty much all the shell of the house is done now, just the front part remaining, and then all the internal walls which I'm assuming takes a lot less time? Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 90Sep 11, 2013 10:05 am Thats good to hear progress is happening.. internals go up pretty quick so hopefully all smooth sailing for you now Home Group WA Monte Carlo Timeline on Page 1 Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 91Sep 11, 2013 1:03 pm Wildcats Went past yesterday and have been happier with the progress of late. Our external shell took a while too for some reason, all the minor bedrooms, second bathroom, laundry of our house was done in a 3 day period, hopefully there finishing the rest of ours this week. Definitely doesn't take long but would be quicker if the weather was nice. Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 92Sep 16, 2013 8:46 pm Went passed quickly yesterday to check out the park progress..good to see you finally have some walls!!! On a wet-ish week of only 3/4 bricking days our guys did all the back left of our house, so 3 bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, most of the kitchen and our theatre room if that helps some Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 97Sep 17, 2013 10:19 pm I can't believe they haven't finished yet!!! Yeah we understand the weather has been pretty bad but overall things seem to have progressed fairly slow. The slab went down 2 months ago and it took 1 month for the brickies to start, and now bricking is 1 month in and probably have another week of work to do. Fingers crossed everything else gets done quickly, I think our initial dream of squeezing in for Christmas is shrinking every day at this stage Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 99Sep 18, 2013 11:51 am Wildcats Yeah we understand the weather has been pretty bad but overall things seem to have progressed fairly slow. Fingers crossed everything else gets done quickly, I think our initial dream of squeezing in for Christmas is shrinking every day at this stage I wouldn't count Celebrations out for Christmas just yet, I know of plenty of people who build with Celebrations who started in the July and were in a week or so before Christmas, they can't really speed much up until all the foundations are done (bricks, frame and roof covering) and unfortunately this weather has been an absolute pain in the butt. Re: Landsdale Corimbia Build - Celebration Homes 100Sep 18, 2013 8:55 pm Well feeling a lot more optimistic after our visit today. It seems our brickies are finally working through a bit of weather and I'd say the bricking is just about finished! Most internal walls are done, just a bit to do in the cinema and master bedroom, finish off a front pillar on the garage and that is about it!
