BoB Lite and BoB2 are the same except BoB2 has a handset included and a built in answering machine. (which we have no use for)

If you were after a phone service you needed to get VoIP separately to use with the NBN connection at iiNet is $9.95 for free local and national calls.

Id call them up and ask. Just make sure you tell them its unopened....

Did you get VoIP at the time of the order? If not use that as an excuse to get a Lite instead. No point in having BoB2 without VoIP on NBN.

On the whiteman edge forum there is a resident stealing trees, trying to get a letter box and stolen synthetic grass from a resident. Be careful guys he could be looking your ways now since he has been caught by a resident in my estate.

I got my sorry we missed you card in the mail today lol. Will have to pick it up from Ellenbrook shops Saturday morning. I don't have my address updated on my licence so I hope they will give me the modem.

Hi everyone; have been busy the last few days dealing with Discontent Living. Yes BJA, we got the keys on Tuesday a.m. Our painter started Wed morning; bobcat removing excess sand Fri., crossover (by the same guy who did 301) Sat a.m., kerbing 10th and landscaping a few days later. Good luck for Thurs. 301, from Mrs. & Mr. Chev.-- we'll be thinking of you.

AC it shouldn't be a problem my address hasn't always matched the mailing address but I had the card and my name was correct.

But if your worried if you have anything addressed to you at that address, maybe even something from the builder that proves its your address.

Good news Chevnut congrats.
We get our keys next Thursday so fingers crossed it all goes to plan. Already had a phone call to say it looks like our floors will be delayed a week so we might have to move in with no floors doh!!

We are hoping the paving gets sealed at the weekend. Had to delay the pool fence and grass til its done. The builder came to hang the 2 outstanding doors inside the house and guess what....some bits are missing so it is rescheduled for next Tues. There goes another end of nightduty without sleep and we want our dogs back. Kids are missing them.

Well Bleh I gave telstra the LOC number and they had no idea what it was. I persevered and told her if innet are able to book prople in then she might want to go and speak to her supervisor because right now they are looking pretty stupid....lol. Anyway she got back to me with a date of 6 June. I couldnt take it but got one for the 10th June by NBN and then Telstra 12th June. I wasn't coming off that phone without an appointment. Had to make a quick decision on a plan I dont understand much about but itll do for the first month. All I know is that it is faster than ADSL. So Bleh thank you so very much for all your hard work.

If anyone needs anything Im generally here so just ask. Should it be from minding kids to getting some bits when I am out doing the school run. I found it hard trying to run around with 2 kids trying to get things. Somedays I am sleeeping as I work night duty which is generally Thurs fri sat sun mon one week and next week off.

Cant wait to meet up with everyone once we are all settled into our houses.

Eeep, well the number is used when actually lodging the new order with the NBN, but you would think front line Sales people would know about it. Either way, you order is in and you have a date!

Looks like Ill be the last one to be up and running on it. :-)

Hi Guys just wondering we have just signed up to buy a block in stage 3c and have been told that titles are not due till feb next year why is it so long and do you guys have any tips on building or which company to choose this is my wife and mine first home and first house build so all kind of worrying on what to do and what to choose and it sounds like you have been there and know the ins and outs of this area would like your help we know we have a long way to go but want to start right.Thanks

Welcome bradtam. My advice would be to make a the changes and upgrades you want before signing anything. I'd also visit the builders showroom to see exactly what is standard so that you can work out what you want to upgrade or not before locking yourself in.

During the build process make sure everything is in writing (email) and double check everything before signing.

Other than that be patience as there will be delays.
