Hey

Got my NTD installed by the NBNCo last week. Really wish I was there, placement isnt exactly what I was after. But its there!

Intelligent Homes need to come out and connect the atennae up and clean up near the meter box. As they had it ready for Telstra Velocity...

Now to wait for Stage 3B to be lit up.

Was also going through photos and its pretty much a year to date when we noticed 3B was pegged out for the first time. Cant believe its been a year, getting old.

Hey Bleh how did you manage to get that installed when I rang up they said there wasnt anything they could do as I have had handover? So would that mean they install mine once the area goes live?

Yeah something I didnt know about the pre-install stuff.

* Needs to be organised by builder
* House needs to be empty and 'not handed over'
* New housing estates only

I just managed to convince my CLO to call them, I emailed her telling them its something they are going to need to do for every build from now on, so she should take notes. :-)

On another note, was mucking around in Maps the crap version of Google Maps for iPhone and noticed the street layout has been updated for Avonlee. Looks huge and something I hadn't seen before. Its probably somewhere, but for those who havent seen it.

Has any stage actually got titles since 3B? I would have thought so, but can't remember any getting to that point yet

Dargon I had a look on the site and it shows that stage 4 is to be titled in June,

Other than that I don't think anything else has been titled in between (except maybe the cottage blocks, the other part of 3b, Verdelho?)

Yes roadrage Im hoping she doesnt get any taller. Good that another 13 year old is in the area. We havent had many kids in our last areas.

Regarding the NBN. We can't even get a appointment until it goes live. NBN told us to try to get a date so that we wont wait long but the providers are having none of it.

The cottage blocks (Verdelho) havent got titles either. They are hoping for July. My nephew has bought one and they originally said July to Sept last year.

At least they are doing something at the front enterance but not quite sure what it is!!!!!

they are digging a huge hole and back fill it with mt avonlees dirt, so that they have a fresh new pile of dirt without the amazon growing on it

3B'ers get onto your new ISPs and get those orders for NBN in. Our address is now in an 'orderable' state, I assume others would be.

If only we had keys to our house...

EDIT: Actually who is in and wants to give me their street address, I can check it.

is still showing stage 3B not in the purple zone? Or is there a more up to date version somewhere

Eeep, looks like Constable isn't listed as yet. I checked random addresses in Simony and all come up fine though.

How odd that a couple of streets are available, but not others. I dont know the street numbers of Cob road to check.

Simony, doesn't show up for me either. What site are you using to check? I could just be doing something wrong or in the wrong place right now

Got a couple of mates checking things at iiNets end. I keep harassing them about Portal access they have. Waiting to hear back about your address. What was the Lot number, some of the addresses are still Lot number jobs, like mine.

Sorry guys, they have no idea why Simony St is available at this point and no others in 3B. Shouldnt have shot my mouth off. Be interesting to see if Melq is able to order through Telstra and see what they say.

Ill keep pushing for them for answers and see what we get.
