It is south of us, the Semillion around 500sqm blocks.

It will be interesting. May mean a lot of noise and dust. It is another 77 blocks so pretty big stage.

Didnt get the email but we got a letter from the City of Swan about proposed structure south of us involving 780 houses parks and road upgrades and they are wanting our comments.

Just been to the block and it is pretty quiet up there. Most of the workers are at the houses that have recently started. We have our block cleared finally but once again no work inside. I think they have a phobia of entering our house!!

Hi all, good to see all your Houses almost complete. The proposed structure is on the City of Swan website and includes our estate as part of it. God read if you have time on you're hands. I sent a letter in and made a comment on the grounds that I support it on the grounds that a second access is made by the end of this year to our estate. Also to let you know I have a meeting with terranovis and the City of Swan in a few weeks. I raised a few issues about the Estate, including where is the Park that was promised. Will let you all know soon on the outcome of this meeting. Am looking at setting up a Residents association more info to follow soon. Take care all.

Well today is the day we should know if and when we get handover. If we don't have anyone at the house today it will be another wasted week.

Mel the guys are 100% correct we need an antenna digital TV is not available just yet.

If anyone is up that way can you let us kow if anyone is at our place today.

Paul that sounds great - hope we get an outcome from it. Didn't they promise the entrance would start a while ago and still no work has been done?

I will be digging up around my place tomorrow and the weekend for our soakwells - having them delivered at $65 each, and we need about 1.5 per downpipe. Going to be a fun weekend!

The best quote I have received to have them supplied and installed so far is $1800, but the total cost for the soakwells supplied is about 800...so a saving of a grand for a couple days of exercise and the satisfaction of working on my own home, hope its worth it ha-ha.

AC shes just afraid I will hurt myself. Which is a known fact for anyone that rides, hurting yourself is part of it!

But being so close to the pines and other awesome areas to ride I can't see any reason why I shouldn't get a new bike?

Daedalus - Who are you getting the soakwells from as this sounds like a great price, and are they poly or concrete?

Plenty of tradies around yesterday - all finished up around midday though, was quite suprised.

BJA your site was cleaned yesterday.

Cooksey welcome to the forum, I got it from www.soakwellsolutions.com.au and they are poly - trafficable with load capacity up to 32t

Begun the task of digging yesterday, absolutely feeling it today! We all have nice sand but damn is it compacted! Took me what felt like forever to only manage to dig a hole big enough for two of the poly soakwells side by side. 8 more to go....
