Gotta vent somewhere right??! I was never told I would get plans this week I was just hoping I would as a birthday present haha. I def want them by end next week tho Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 469Apr 24, 2013 12:31 am they will pour your slab and start some brickwork then you meet your site supervisor, you will meet him again for tile meeting, and then for pci, and then once more to once pci probs are complete then that's it. You might run into him randomly at your house.
Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 470Apr 24, 2013 1:28 am My previous build I never met SS until PCI and that's the only time i ever saw him haha. He was great my house went quick, no issues. Interesting there's now regular meets. Hopefully DH is home for some of them Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 471Apr 24, 2013 6:31 pm Well I got an email and I will have plans Friday or early next week. Damn public holidays interfering haha. Now to hope they aren't full of mistakes Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 472Apr 24, 2013 7:25 pm Yay for communication!! *fingers crossed* Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 473Apr 24, 2013 10:12 pm Really hoping for you that the plans are mistake free. It's so frustrating to get so close and then have to have corrections done...again. If they're all good and no mistakes and you sign and send them back - does that mean that your next stage is council approval? xxx Our thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64272 Purchased land August '12 Titles Jan 27 '13 Prestart - Jan '13 Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Waiting, more waiting 474Apr 24, 2013 10:14 pm Duh, sorry - just read some earlier posts and see that you have building permit already, it was just a council ordered variation. So, now onto construction? So will get a slab 3-4 weeks later..... Hopefully Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Final Plans Monday 476Apr 26, 2013 7:30 pm So the plans didn't come back from drafting today (didn't think they would) but ive been told they should be back on Monday. Yay! Not bothered they didn't come today as if there is mistakes nothing could be done til Monday anyways. Looks like we could be at scheduling by end of next week providing no mistakes in the plans/drawings Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Final Plans Monday 477Apr 26, 2013 7:36 pm Good luck for Monday Leanne.
