Anyone else using Mates Rates Mortgage Brokers ?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is using:

They're customer service has been good, and no one can match the fact that they rebate the trailing commissions so the interest rate instead of been 6.7% is now 6.55% which is great

I haven't signed the loan contract completely yet but I have an unconditional approval and everything was done quite promptly.

Just wondering if anyone else is using them....

Just wanted to say I did go ahead with them, they've been great. My block of land valuation came in at 32-50K below what I paid.

Which is very unfortunate, and I'm trying to get the loan through now, the matesrates team have been great and very patient.
