Townsville property manager

Can anyone recommend a good property manager in Townsville? Maybe any to avoid too. PM me if you don't want it public knowledge.

Supasquirrel, I have never heard anyone who was not pleased with Townsville Property Management. I think the fees that they charge are reasonable for the service that they provide. What kind of property are you inquiring about?

i do not have any knowledge about the Townsville Property Management companies but i guess you can easily search them by internet.

Hi OP, something worth considering is talking to The Tenants Advocacy Group about their experiences with various agents. I know there are some agents in Townsville have a terrible reputation amongst decent tenants and they are avoided like the plague.
