Two lots on Garigal road has DA Approval. 24 Garigal Rd & 26 Garigal Rd. hopefully ours will get approved soon.

Our Building application is also approved "21 Garigal Rd"

Lot 24, only one that's been sold in Oaktree East.

Got color appointment on the 8th with land to be registered the next day. Hope plans go through soon after.

Will be dropping one of these on it with full hebel

Hi there, We are building a house in the community title and plans are lodged for DA. Council has asked for a Bushfire Assessment report and was wondering if anyone has done that in the past and who did you guys use. many thanks.

There's been quite a lot of discussion on the forum regarding BAL reports. Essentially you can get someone to do it for you for anywhere from $300 to $750 or you can follow the RFS guidelines and submit one yourself to The Hills Shire Council for certification at a cost of about $220. Search RFS BAL assessment for the guide on how to do it, it's not difficult. The application for BAL certificate can be found on The Hills Shire website.
