My main concern at this very moment upon other things is res code requirments, specivally one or two clauses
ive got things like this covered
zoning, ease,ments, covenants, restrictoons, sol classification. serivice locations and availaiblity i.e ensure stormwater access - avoid need for pump system ect, contribution levies ect.
whats throwing me here is do i need a buyers advocate when it comes to choosing a land in terms of neighbouring properties sun path - i want to buy a block of land where i can build a decent foot print and even apply for special permissions to attain more then the 60% site coverage, cuz - i got no idea how to ascertain whether my building or not, not that its even desgined, is going to impede on certain things such as blocking a neighbours private open space of north sun or there sun path - would u say this is a hot topic when it comes to choosing a land as once i buy im stuck '
