Which one do you think will be easier to extend/modify to have extra 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Wanted ground floor extension for ease of walking. Thanks. LotA - 613m2, about 12m wide Have a large tree at back corner (Probably 3 storey tall). Driveway is narrow for normal sedan car. Has to be front parking. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ are the three properties in the same suburb and/or close to your preferred services, where is north on each property and are the blocks all relatively flat, what is the distance between house and side and front fence, what are the homes built out of and what is the local climate ...based on such limited information my preference would be the widest block with the run down garage that can be removed and allow easier access for a better extension and maybe even enough soace for a front garage and/or a granny fat or duplex??
