We presented our concept sketch to the builder and they brought it to life. Our initial design now belongs to the builder LOL.
Construction Timeline:
2019
August - Site work and slab stage
September/October - Brickwork
October - Upper floor truss installed
Our brickwork is near completion and we will be meeting our site supervisor soon. The images may look shocking but the walls will be rendered.Does anyone have thoughts on what we should discuss with the site supervisor or the workmanship of the brickwork?ThanksFront of house and mess (external)Lounge/front (internal)

Upper floor truss system delivered and installed. Should be complete by early next week.

We're shuffling along comfortably. We can almost see the end of the build in sight, but getting overwhelmed with all the things we need to do post handover!
That's great. Can't wait to see your interior.
Do you have a post handover to do list? Would be handy for me to start planning. This is our first build and its been a steep continuous learning curve that doesn't seem to end
Our upper floor truss is completed and the plasterers were there today to render the front elevation.
Fast forward 4 weeks and we have the upper frame and roof structure installed.
