It just flows out does it? No pipe needed? Yes it just flows out I don't like the look of down pipes next to balcony pillars. So I have ask them not to install downpipe. really how much rain is that balcony going to get. Unless I pour water down on the balcony. too ridiculous to see two large downpipes on the side. The finishing for that balcony is outstanding, two young men who were working on balcony's deco did excellent job. Very happy with their work. We met SS on Monday, have given him a few days to figure out where we are at. Down pipes put in today, painting and rendering to be done before scaffolding can be lowered. He thinks we should be closed in soon (I think by end of May). Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1466May 10, 2018 9:33 pm SabBuild That is great news Shazaw!!! He thinks we should be closed in soon (I think by end of May). If you are getting my SS, he is pretty good. He will get the ball rolling, the only problem is getting trades on site. I had to wait a very long time for electricians to do electrical fit out. Spoke to one of the GAS people and waiting for gas pipe installation for 5 months wasn't long to wait There were others waited for much longer. So I went inside to check on other things. Still there are missing items that needs to complete. 1. Some partial sealing to do in the main bathroom 2. Soft close drawer runners missing in the main bathroom 3. Toilet suite not change for master ensuite 4. Door handle missing for Guest bedroom's door 5. Hot water system not install - needed to knock out few bricks to make the recess larger 6. Squeaky noises on second and third staircase treads - staircase people are next week to fix 7. Fans installation - three weeks behind And I completely forgot to check if they have patch the (50 cent ) size big hole on subfloor. I have been very busy watching over fencing guys and retaining guy. We didn't wanted the side gate to be too close or too far the front and making sure they are digging the fence post at the right places as my neighbour was giving me had time. So the place was buzzing with trades today, one guy working on retaining wall, another working on fence, electricians working on fans, plumbers sort out taps for laundry and fixed leaking garden tap. I have forgotten about water filter. Have to check again tomorrow. And I have moved 50% of plants from my current place. My knees are not thanking me. I will have to wear knee support tomorrow.
