Who knows about thermaliteshutters ? solid non toxic polymer

Can anybody pls help me with thermalite plantation shutters?

Anyone had installed this type of shutters ?
Do you recommend it to others ?
Is it another type of nasty plastic (with a different name)?
Is it same as ABS ,PVC or MDF?
