What colour walls are you having? Damn paint it is by far one of the hardest choices. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Its not a huge deal we picked snowy mountains but now i want to change it to snow season for the walls.. Im just worried that our original choice will throw yellow - Guess will find out! Spoke to hubby today and we got a good price on blinds from Apollo but its only valid for a week so now he wants me to pic a colour blinds without even having the walls painted... What type of blinds are use going ryalls? We're looking at apollo roller blinds Yep roller blinds too, mostly light filtering and blockouts I almost placed an order with blinds online but by the turn i worked out the price it was only $125 extra to go with apollo and have them install them rather than us installing .. So no brainer lol
Yeah we got a quote for apollo and lake view and apollo came back better Was light filtering more expensive then block out? Yes which i was suprised by, about 20%! My mum just put blockouts in her livingroom and its very dark! So they work great but i like the idea of having abit of light in the living areas without needing to open the blinds.. personal preference i guess. _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 988Nov 12, 2016 5:58 pm Ryalls_first_build jvstnholl Ryalls_first_build

I think if the tiler had actually been there everything would have been completed, I don't think they have been there for well over a week. Spoke to the SS yesterday he rang to say that our splash back has gone in and our appliances are in, the shelving in the garage has been completed. A towel rail that was missed in the main bathroom will be going on today and then house clean. So he said that there is only one thing left to do which unfortunately won't happen untill after Friday which is our flyscreens but they will be in on the 28th of November. Our tiler is also running a little behind so won't start till next Wednesday however this means that he will still be finishing off when carpet is done. I am concerned that when they wash the tiles after grouting that mucky water will end up on our nice new carpet. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 991Nov 16, 2016 7:21 am Wow mim so happy for you!!!
