The front has come up a treat.! Having gone through the building journey, I'm always checking out any new build that I pass! On our travels over the weekend, I think we drove past your new house. It was one of those moments where you double take and felt like déjà vu! I remembered where I'd seen that imagine before...anyway, hope that's not too creepy....but just wanted to say it looks every bit as good as it does in the pics! Wishing you a speedy end to the journey. I wish they'd get rid of the pile of excavated dirt so it would look nicer though! And admodra, now that you mention it, yes, we do have benchtops! I'm not allowed to blog about it until it's properly finished off, but I think my forum peeps are entitled to a sneak peek Be warned... it's a bit bold... and still rather dirty... We're also planning on changing the face plate of that under-bench power point. This is the ensuite: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We're not overly convinced the marble matches the vanity but it looks OK and we're fine with it. The splash back is stunning! I think the marble does match the vanity in the ensuite. Thanks HBTW, I'm pretty pleased with the splashback. Though I suspect it will be love it or hate it for a lot of people. The marble in the ensuite looks OK as long as the sun isn't shining on it, for some reason it gives off a brown tone in the afternoons. I don't think it clashes, but perhaps a plain white would have worked better with the tiles. Might look different again once the basins are in though. 0 4987 I looked into it a few years ago and my conclusion was to just build a carport that will support panels and get a system installed separately.
