Sarking is essentially reflective foil, which is great under Colorbond, as it will help reflect the heat away from your roof, giving you better insulation performance. It will also help draught and moisture from the roof going past the sarking. While an anitcon blanket is the more preferred option for metal roofs. Not only does it give better insulation value and condensation control, but the added benefit of noise reduction, as metal is not a quiet thing when it rains/hails/storms.
