They have done the Shower's so far and I am really happy with the tile choice, very nice and bright and the marbling through the white is very subtle. The Grano in the garage was poured on Friday. Getting there! 4-6 weeks to PCI according to SS Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 483Jul 15, 2013 7:15 pm Yay!! On the home stretch now can't wait to see how it all comes together Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 484Jul 16, 2013 10:42 pm Wow, what progress!! Your slab went down a month after ours and we have only just had our ceilings put in. I'm so jealous!! Looking really good! My build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64437 Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 485Jul 16, 2013 11:51 pm Thanks Tracy - off to read your topic now Hmmm. That is a big house you have there! Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 486Jul 25, 2013 4:04 pm Donna how is it coming along? Have they finished tiling? Are you happy with the cabinet colours after the last minute change? Just wondering what appliances do Ventura use? Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 487Jul 25, 2013 5:08 pm Nothing has happened all week They use Blanco appliances Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 488Jul 25, 2013 11:05 pm Not good I hope they get moving for you!! Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 489Jul 26, 2013 8:54 pm Why did you ask about the Appliances fmac? Electricians started today, Appliances had been delivered. Good to see some action Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 490Jul 26, 2013 9:03 pm Because the oven we have in our prestart documents said it had a cool touch door and telescopic rails. When I got in the other day I noticed a caution got surface sticker on our oven door so I came home and checked the info on our oven on the website based on the model number. It doesn't have either of those things. Basically since Aussie is part of the Ventura group I thought I'd see what other appliances they may have access to. We are going to raise the issue but I don't think tecknika have an oven that has both things. I really wish I'd looked more into appliances when we started this! Glad to see they have started that! Getting much closer to the end Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 491Jul 26, 2013 9:11 pm Yay for appliances Donna! Our RedInk Build Thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64118&p=1004131#p1004131 ** Timeline Page 1 Moved In - 19.12.13 Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 492Aug 01, 2013 12:13 am The one and only items we Owner supplied for our build were the Bathroom Basins. When the Plumber went to install the two Basins that were to go on the bench side by side he found that one has an overflow valve and the other does not. I was told this on Tuesday Morning (the second day of my new job) and they want new Basins for Thursday. Those basins are now discontinued and I cannot make it to Bayswater before Thurs AM so had to go with two cheapies from Bunnings. Will do for now and we will change over later. These are for the girls bathroom so they won't be looked after anyway! Lucky they are 'above counter' Basins so easy to change. Hubby meeting SS in the morning, so we will see what happens. Also peeked in the window and the Ensuite Basin had been installed in the Powder Room where my Granite Basin should be Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 493Aug 01, 2013 12:22 am Sorry to hear your having issues too Donna! As you've seen I understand your frustration! They do nothing for a week then want you to drop everything and be available when it suits them! I hope it's all sorted out for you!! I hope the new job is going well Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 494Aug 01, 2013 5:29 pm Painters are back today, and the render is being painted as well as the downpipes etc. Air con gear been dropped off and hopefully plumber back soon. Paving was to start yesterday. No pavers delivered - we have more sand there though. Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 495Aug 01, 2013 7:45 pm Yay!! It's sounding busy!! We've had pavers for weeks and they only just started today!! Hope you see some good progress in the coming days/weeks!! Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 496Aug 01, 2013 8:32 pm He said to hubby about 2-3 weeks to PCI Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 497Aug 01, 2013 11:46 pm Yay!! That is great news! After everything you've been through are you getting excited?! Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 498Aug 02, 2013 12:24 am Yes but also impatient - oh wait, that's not new Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 499Aug 02, 2013 12:38 am I'm starting to think I've become more impatient the closer we have got to it being finished! It's so close I just want it done I want the painting etc done boxes unpacked and I want to be living there, but without all the stress that goes along with getting to that point Re: Baldivis Rivergums - Cabinets Pics 500Aug 02, 2013 10:08 pm AIr conditioner installed today and pavers delivered.
