Why do they do it this way? Is it just how houses are built in your area? From the top down? Or is there some other reason for it?

l have seen some W A builds on here,they have double brick.
Yep seems to be a different building process here,they do mainly build double brick,

That timber framing is yummo,lovely to see it all taking shape

Mmmm do i change to dc-vac now,dont know,really i have no extra room in my head for anything extra.
