I'm new to the forum, is anyone building with Porter Davis Homes ?

I am building in Stage 11 but with Clarendon. Thought I should just introduce myself as we probably are prospective neighbors. I am at 1125 Rockpool road.

Hello Samir, My land is 1119 at Slayton Road. What type of house are you building with Clarendon.

Thats good to know that you are not too far. We are building a single storey 27 square house called Oakdene 27. Its a corner plot so corner rendering would have to be done.

That would really help. I got a call from my Solicitor yesterday, Stage 11 is due to settlement in 26th Jan 2011. Good news.

Same here. I have rcvd the Transfer of Land doco from my solicitors and they say land is getting settled on Jan 27th 2011.

I'm building Kensignton 24 with PD, it has been removed from the home list, do you know the reason for doing this.

To help answer your question, the Kensington was one of the original Access designs when the home range was launched. It was a good selling design that we wanted to review and refresh early last year, the result of which is the new Cannonvale. The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is.
