Hi Camyperth To add the Building Thread link to the end of your posts, first you need to go to your Building Thread and copy the address from the URL Just the viewtopic.php?**** bit. Then go to the User Control Panel and edit your signature. It is here that you can then paste your building thread address in (viewtopic**** line) to appear on the bottom of all of your postings. Let me know if this doesn't make sense Thanks serenity with your help with the thread thing. I did end up getting my son to do it. and show me how to post pictures so I will have a go at that next. KEYS ON 5/11 AT 1PM Re: camyperths house 26Nov 01, 2009 1:08 pm Go to the pic at photobucket... and put the cursor on it, a list will drop down... the last one is IMG code, click on the code so it lights up blue, then right click on it and copy it then paste it into a new reply ... the code that you paste as is will turn into a picture when viewed in this thread. Built with New Generation (Summit Homes) We own land!... with a slab on it! Plus a shell of a house with stuff inside ! KEYS ON 5/11 AT 1PM Re: camyperths house 33Nov 01, 2009 3:21 pm camyperth [img][http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/ad311/camyperth/housephotosandmr025.jpg/img] The forum engine reads anything inside the [] brackets as code for it to act upon. The IMG text is the code, you have to have it surronded by the brackets for the forum engine to read it correctly. So you have a tag that says start the img The code has to be inside the [] for the web page to read it and put it up correctly So to fix what you have done above you need to move the square bracket [ from infront of the http:// and move it to infront of the /img] So that you are closing out the command correctly Re: camyperths house 34Nov 01, 2009 10:02 pm Thanks again netabelle, without your help I would not have even got that far. KEYS ON 5/11 AT 1PM Re: camyperths house 39Nov 02, 2009 9:44 pm I heared from our sale guy today, he said he got a fright because the council had knocked back the plans, So just as well I had been to the council in the first place, to find out where we could build too on this block and had him draw lines on a copy of our block and also pin his card to it. I had given it to the sale guy a while ago so they had madly tried to find it and rang them and sorted it out. So its all fine now excecpt we have to sign one page of the contract again because they found something wrong with it(dont know what yet). Problems, problems problems My building thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=25279 NEARLY DONE. KEYS ON 5/11 AT 1PM Re: camyperths house 40Nov 02, 2009 10:08 pm annie.s That's cause she's only got one preteen son to argue with, and he probably doesn't care about colours! This is very true Although i can see arguments coming up when its time to paint his room!!! I've told him he can choose the colours himself... dum dum de dummmmmm..... camyperth :) I dont know what say about that one Oh its not all roses camyperth!!! I quite often second, third and fourth guess myself on my decisions!! And i have NO style whatsoever, so will be interesting to see just how my tile selections turn out. Thats a bugger about the problems with council!! But they've basically accpted the house plan? viewtopic.php?f=31&t=22766 - my build thread! Time waits for no man. Unless that man is Chuck Norris. It's possible but a soak well is usually much larger. Your 'soak well' only holds 424 litres when full. What is your soil type? Soak wells need sandy soils. 10 9017 Finally got the Soakwell at my house sucked out. Now I’m looking for ideas on how to hide it as it’s a bit of an eye sore. I’m thinking I’d like to turf over the… 0 3283 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16026 |
