Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 08, 2021 10:35 am Hi, My house is still under construction. It's built on stumps and bearers, and enclosed with bricks. I took these photos last week. There is a pool of water and mud. I guess it was raining before floors were constructed. This is just under one section of the house I can still see now, not sure if there is any other pool of water somewhere else. My land is flat, I don't imagine the water can flow to anywhere. More importantly, all bricks are already up for ground floor. I would say that the water is trapped. Is this a concern? Will I have moisture and smell issues later on? Your house does not comply with NCC code. Why isn't your independent inspector advising you on that issue?
