There arent many Ventura threads on here is there? Anyways, your build is looking like it's progressing well. Have you had any problems? We are due to have slab poured Monday or Tuesday! Re: Building with Ventura, Baldivis - AWAITING SPARKY.... ! 63Nov 09, 2013 2:24 am Hey Fatstuff, Progressing well indeed after a 4 week delay in the brickies starting due to the rain in September. Checked again today and all the plumbing chases have been done as well as the gas piping to the kitchen and water heater locations. Ventura have been great so far, no issues whatsoever really, good luck with your slab ! Also just realised the tap outlet for our double ended spa bath will be over one end. Raised it with the CL and she is going to get it moved to under the window so in the middle instead. It does mean the hob being 50mm lower at 550mm but a small price to pay! Apparently so far we have had the display home brickies, roof carpenters and plumber I think because the other Ventura build in our street is for a staff member ?! Looks so different with the external render going on ! Small issue of getting the ensuite bath spout relocated to the side rather than the end (double ended bath we are supplying) all sorted quickly and without charge..................then the spout was found to be short so Ventura are replacing it with a longer one free of charge (even though it's a few 100 $s more ! Excellent service again. Some pics: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Connections for the gas boosted solar water heater Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Front view now.
