(Sorry that was for me) That's the 'white' we picked. Thank you. The colour you picked...the left one would suit your interior. They will look darker once cleaned. Soo beautiful http://www.beaumont-tiles.com.au/All-Pr ... 14&group=1 If you like the look but after something a little lighter, this is its' sister tile: Alpine Grigio Lappato. They are both some of the nicest lappato finishes I've seen across the entire Beaumont range! My floor tile is lappato but absolutely pales in comparison to these two beauties. http://www.beaumont-tiles.com.au/All-Pr ... es&pspid=1 C U S T O M. C O R A L. Has anyone had them done through Coral? What I am wanting to know if whether there are any in their range that don't cost extra for laying. I know rectified edge is extra. Is there anything else I need to look out for? Can you please post a pic of your timber look tiles if you got them through coral. Also they are doing our carpet. I had a quick look at the range when we went through the showroom on the GC, but didn't take much notice at the time. Does anyone know if we can see the range elsewhere? I can't remember whether it is carpet call or carpet court that does it. I am sure we will end up upgrading.the carpet. Thank you ![]() Re: Coral Homes general build thread 5871Oct 23, 2016 8:42 am We live the timber look tiles too. When we went to look, the long plank style ones were way above our price range and was estimated to cost about $15000 for the mainly flooring. We ended up finding a timber grained look in a 300x600 tile called heartwood that we are going with. They have a couple of colours in the range but we wanted a really light whitewash look so went with the white. Here is a pic of it that some one has in their ensuite. To be honest it looks different to our single sample but I still love it. We are getting them laid in our main flooring in a 1/3 brickbond pattern. It only was a little extra. Maybe see how much it's to do after handover might be cheaper???? The carpet we upgraded to silver with the upgraded underlay was $1500. It's not much all up when you think I had an independent quote for similar and it was nearly $11000..... Our flooring pack was $5000 for memory. we also got grey glass to the house Windows except bathroom frosted Windows and it was $1600 just to give a bit of privacy through the day so we save on curtains being down all the time. Also our grout was extra for the grey ![]() Milestone coral homes modified stradebroke 32 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 5873Oct 23, 2016 8:58 am ![]() We live the timber look tiles too. But now they have bought out the designer upgrades and it is working out cheaper for us to do it that way. We are getting the flooring done through that upgrade. I remember all the little extras from last time... they sure do all add up lol. We don't even have a price for our house yet. It is silly because we have to get the plan right before they will do a price. But if the price comes in too high, we are going to have to go back and alter the plans anyway. It would be a lot easier if we did both at the same time. We went all out with electrical and a lot of was unnecessary. We are going to keep it basic so shouldn't cost too much more. The initial quote overestimated the slab etc and the soil tests came in better than we had been quoted. Hopefully we don't have any nasty surprises. There isn't much we want to upgrade at colour selections. Maybe just a waterfall shower head in the ensuite. And the carpet.
