We've got a bit of a slope too so we've agreed to 2 steps down from the hall into the kitchen/family/dining. It should look really nice because it means we'll have 10ft ceilings in that area. Nice and open! We're building with Adenbrook Homes. The design is a two storey home called The Hadley and we're doing a custom weatherboard façade. Are you doing single or double storey? Re: Building At Macarthur Heights (UWS Campbelltown) 49Oct 21, 2016 6:07 pm Hi Rheanan and alicia1980, Our block also got big slop. So we also need to split our house. We are building with Clarendon. Our tender will expire soon and we will need to pay penalty for the delayed start which is bit annoying. Don't know why Landcom did not get their LPI submission right. They even reloadged the plan today but it is under requisition in LPI. This means that they did not get that right this time as well.
