Masking was gone yesterday afternoon, and today they even left a window open... so in we went! Thanks Tribe! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The colour is called "Grand Piano". It should be very similar to our subway tiles, but in some of the rooms with lots of light it seems a little light and yellow to me. I prefer it in less light. But am reserving judgement til I see it with the floors (wood and carpet) and tiles and cabinetry uncovered! The ceiling, skirtings etc are the fairly standard "Lexicon Quarter" Building a Metricon Barkly 29 in North Brisbane - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=77396 Re: Our Brisbane Barkly Build - PAINTING 304Dec 10, 2015 5:49 am Yay looking fab, yes light does change the colour a lot. When you get the carpet/tiles it will change it even more. Hopefully you love the end result viewtopic.php?t=78985 Re: Our Brisbane Barkly Build - PAINTING 305Dec 12, 2015 8:39 pm We went by the build today and ALL the windows along one side of the house were wide open. So in we went! There were lots of spots in the paint circled in pencil that need fixing up. The kitchen was still covered up but I could see that our glass splashback was in under the masking and plastic! Can't wait to see it uncovered! The masking and covers were off the tiling and cabinets in the bathrooms so we got a good idea of how it is going to look. Pics! That said, our Site Supervisor hasn't committed to a date yet, which makes me nervous as we need to let our real estate know if we need another month.
