Are kitchen cupboards on top of the fridge standard ? that' what the display house got but not in our kitchen drawings .
Hi GFdo, I had the same problem. The overhead fridge cupboards are standard in the display home and we upgraded to the amore package and when we got the kitchen plans back they weren't on there either..when i questioned it they said it was because we have the amore they aren't included in that. it doesn't make sense and i questioned them and said that if it is standard and we have úpgraded' then it shoudl be included!! they said that we got the bulkheads instead... not right! not hapy..i was very irritated. I said that they mention what we get extra but didnt mention what gets taken out! it costs $740 to out them in, and the kitchen looks silly without them, so we had no choice but to pay it. when i spoke to my cso she said some other clients were complaining about it...my thoughts are they shoulr reconsider it! I told them that too.
The Amore' brochure does not say anything about the removal of the fridge cupboard so I think that's BS in my opinion. We have the Amore' package and when I was told that it included hung doors to robes, when mirror doors are standard, I argued that I am upgrading the package but yet Clarendon are down grading my robe doors. They told me that it would be an extra $900 to add them but they threw them in for free after much debate.
I think this is real double standards from Cla . It was our sales consultant that suggested of getting Mirror sliding doors with Amore . No extra $ involved . It's all about luck of the day I guess .
