We are building in Balla Balla Crescent but our land hasn't settled yet so waiting.. waiting… seems like forever! We are building with Coral Homes - Avoca 26 I'm considering on making my own post as i love reading all about yours & all the others on here!! such a great sense of community! Thanks so much the colour is absolutely beautiful! We want a grey too but its so hard to choose as they all have different undertones, were having an oak timber floor so not sure how well it would suit but its definitely up there!!! I have learnt so much about your post! & definitely will be contacting the wardrobe place you went through.. seems like such a decent price, maybe even cheaper than ikea? are you happy with it? Cant wait to see more pics & keep following your journey

Get used to it, hehe

I really love the master bedroom/ensuite configuration in the Avoca, great choice. Yeah the wardrobe was excellent, we're really happy with it and I think it was about the same if not cheaper than IKEA. For us, the IKEA solutions wouldn't fit (they needed slightly deeper recesses) but the custom one fits all of our stuff perfectly fine

yep that's one of the things that sold it to us! Love the layout. That's great will have to contact them when we're closer to the end of our build

Thanks for the interest! The window frames are Colorbond "Custom Black". All the other Colorbond (roof, fascia, gutter etc) is Monument.

Hasn't the time flown by, fair enough with uni, it's important and your working as well so you need to do what's best. It's going well here. Gardens are huge now. How did you get on with your landscaping?

We ended up with just turf. We have some concreting we need to do still and then further down the track we'll do some retaining at the front. We finally bought a buffet unit for the dining room, so I can actually finish unpacking now! The only furniture I'm still missing is a hall table

Turf works for now and your not tracking dirt inside so happy days. Sounds like you have a solid plan and what you want to get done, all just takes time hey. Ohhhhh fell free to put up a pic
