My partner and I, have just purchased a house and land package through PD- spec home and were quite lucky that we were able to change a few things internally. Can't wait to move into the area and meet you all soon. We are hoping to be in before winter 2011 and have noticed our neighbours have started to build also. Can't wait! Anne Welcome Anne & partner What street are you building in? We are at frame stage in Devonia Street. Look forward to hearing more about your build. Any idea when it will start? Hey! Thanks for the welcome- Sorry my partners name is Justin. We are building in Park Orchard Drive. We were lucky as the house was being built as a spec home by PD so the permits etc. were already approved so they are about to pour the slab, which is really exciting. How long now till you move in? Ahhh awesome as I like Charolais Court - nice a quite and only residents would be driving down there. You would turn left into Charolais Court and if you turned right you would pull into our drive way. yeahhh... not happy moving in around winter time last thing you want to be doing is dragging mud into a new house Good luck with it all hope the slab is down soon Re: Devonia Park at Lakeside Pakenham 720Nov 03, 2010 6:33 pm We moved in on the 1st May.
