Whilst they are very hesitant to give prices out until our actual appointment, they did quote me on benchtops. Category 2 = $145 per square metre Catogory 3 = $256 per square metre Category 4 = $355 per square metre Building Vancouver 33 - My Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89689 Re: Porter Davis Upgrades and Costs 591Oct 04, 2017 8:16 am We upgraded to Cat 3, the cost was $1540 for the kitchen and island (no waterfall edge) and $2056 to put the same Cat 3 stone in the galley. As standard the galley comes with no cabinetry or bench tops, just melamine shelves. Re: Porter Davis Upgrades and Costs 592Oct 04, 2017 8:18 am Yep...I should have stated that this is the upgrade cost - so you need cat 1 there in the first place. The galley is going to cost us a bit to fit out...will be worth it though Building Vancouver 33 - My Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89689 Re: Porter Davis Upgrades and Costs 593Oct 04, 2017 8:20 am It will be worth it, we almost just went with Cat 1 in the galley but at last minute I changed it to match the kitchen. The colourtech cabinetry is an expensive upgrade if you decide to go for that I can give you an idea of the pricing for that too. Re: Porter Davis Upgrades and Costs 594Oct 04, 2017 8:45 am Yeah I think it will be worth it too We are thinking of doing the island bench in colour tech and the rest of the kitchen in Riven finish if the colours work together. We love the cat 4 Lagoon but will fall back to Lyra if funds arent enough. Cavity sliding doors were only $330 or so for us though going from memory, we put them in for the ensuite, study, lounge/hallway and lounge/rumpus rooms. We raised our ceiling height as well, so all our doors are more expensive as they all need to be taller otherwise it would look funny - not something I thought of when we wanted the higher ceiling.
