Who to contact first - Engineer, Architect, Builder??

Hi All, newbie here. Looking at knocking down internal walls, moving kitchen and opening the back of the house..no idea who comes first..any help will be greatly appreciated. Put a pic of the layout if it helps, place is in Sydney.Thanks!!
