Recommend a building inspector around Gold Coast/Brisbane

Hi Guys,

We are nearing our hand over date (a month from now) so I want to start researching on and finding a pre-hand over building inspector/surveyor.

Things I want to check specially (this is along with their normal list of pre-handover inspection)
- lot boundary
- floor and lot properly levelled
- thermal imaging check for any leaks/insulation problem

Does anyone know of any inspector/company around Gold Coast/Brisbane for this?

I thought a recommended one would be a better option than a random google search lead.

Just wondering if you had any luck with a Building inspector for your place?
seems like the things you wanted to get checked out are on my list of things to get assessed as well.
