It's disheartening to note that Kaplan, after acknowledging the rectification items listed in my report, has not provided any photographic evidence to validate their claims. Adding to the complexity of the situation, they proceeded to sheet and gyprock the house merely two days after receiving the report. This raises questions about whether they addressed the non-compliant issues or simply covered them.
