Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Dec 21, 2017 7:22 pm Hi guys, just moved into a new built about 3 months ago and just noticed today that the paint in the garage ceiling has come off. It is actually quiet strange, it seems like the paint has been pushed out by something inside (nail? but I cant see the nail...) and then there are other spots that seems to have "popped" out a little but the paint is still ok. It is a double storey house and this is only happening in my garage, I don't notice it anywhere else inside the house... I have timber frame if it that has anything to do with it. Hard to explain so I have attached a few pics.... Anyone know whats causing this and if this is a serious or a cosmetic issues? Thanks in advance for your help. For timber flooring, for most parts it's fine because it's got base plates, and for door jabs you can… 7 13796 |
