Hi there!
I have a little problem.. I dropped a bottle of perfume in the sink of the rental we are about to move out of... Oops.
It has made a small hole with a tiny crack in the basin. It seems to be made out of fibreglass (I think - like a bath). Just wondering if there is any way of repairing it, or will it need to be replaced? Hoping to do it as cheaply as possible!

can’t tell from the photo, a tie down rod will be 12mm, is it a steel beam? he should be able to work it out

Thanks for your advice. So far i have not noticed any issues with doors and windows. Builder advised they will organise drainers to inspect 2 weeks ago but no further…
