Ballpark figure to convert large WIL to small WC ?

Hi everyone, we'll be moving into our newly built home in Mount Barker this August. It's a large 5 bedroom home but only has 2 toilets.

We have a large walk in linen cupboard that is big enough (I think) to convert to a small water closet. It's close to the laundry and the ensuite, so I'm hoping it might be possible to hook into the existing plumping.

Does anyone have any idea how much something like this would cost?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
